CCQ Library inspires a lifelong learning of Qatari students by providing a free and equal access to a full variety of library collections and educational resources, supporting the College curriculum and programs, and meeting the educational and cultural interests of the Qatari community. The CCQ library staff values the faculty’s and students’ information needs and requests by responding in a professionally manner to their inquiries, fulfilling their information needs, maintaining a well-organized atmosphere, and collecting up-to-date resources.
The library collection covers different fields of human knowledge in both English and Arabic, including philosophy, history, economics, psychology, education, technology and more. CCQ libraries maintain books, magazines, periodicals, journals and electronic resources covering around 15000 print books to choose from, including the U.S. Embassy and the Museum of Islamic Art collections. The library also offers a growing number of novels in Arabic and English. Students are encouraged to use the CCQ libraries for study and research as well as leisure learning.
