The Community College of Qatar (CCQ) recently organized an introductory session to its academic offerings and programs at the Qatar National Service Academy (NSA) – Miqdam Camp, where high school graduates received valuable information about the College’s Associate and Bachelor degree programs. The session was held in the presence of Brigadier General Nasser Abdulrahman Al Jaber, Chairman of the Work Group of the Standing Committee for the Selection of Candidates for Military Officers.

The event comes as part of a series of meetings organized by higher education institutions in the camp, such as Qatar University, College of the North Atlantic-Qatar, and others, to introduce high school graduates who are currently performing their military service to all academic programs available in the States across various fields and disciplines, in order to help them make the right decision and register at the educational institution of their choice, ahead of their graduation from the Camp.

The session included a presentation that showcased the College’s different campuses and academic departments, in addition to highlighting the achievements of its students and graduates in the national and international arena.

Concluding the session, CCQ’s Head of Admission Ms. Maryam Al-Ryami and the academic advisor  Mr. Mohammed Al-Emadi addressed students’ inquiries and answered all their questions related to registration, admission, and placement at the College.
