​Multimedia & Sound-Design

​Multimedia Sound Design is a 3-hour lecture/lab course designed to introduce students to concepts of music and sound for a variety of media, primarily focusing on creating original music and/or soundtracks to existing films and to students’ own projects. In addition, students will be introduced to the basic elements of photography, filmmaking terms, and develop their perspective of colors and aesthetics in visual media. Topics include music structures, production and editing, film and video synchronization, team spirit and other sound for film-related topics.
