Support:
- Assist faculty in the acquisition and development of instructional technology teaching and learning skills.
- Collaborate with academic teams and other CCQ departments to promote opportunities for the use of innovative technology and applied learning outside of the classroom.
- Act as an advocate for instructional technology across all program areas.
- Provide professional development workshops, seminars and materials on instructional technology as required.
- Participate in the development and provision of teaching and learning resources and equipment.
- Ensure appropriate and current technology is available and working effectively in the TLC.
- Support CCQ faculty and students on the use of Blackboard.

Consulting:
- Assist faculty in planning, developing and evaluating new instructional technology projects and initiatives.
- Assist students with their projects by offering training sessions to improve technical communication methods and skills.
- Assist students with projects that consist of digital design, prototyping & fabrication, programming and dealing with electronics technology.

Funding:
- Fund innovative projects and initiatives related to new technology in education or classroom.
