​Dr. Khalid Mohamed Al-Horr, President of the Community College of Qatar, received a delegation from the American University of Afghanistan, in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Al-Omari, Dean of Sciences and Technology Division, Dr. Izzeldin Bakhit, Dean of Management Science, Management Science Division, and a group of officials from both sides.
 
This visit comes in the context of discussing ways of cooperation between the two sides. On this occasion, the president of the college said: "The meeting witnessed fruitful and constructive discussions about possible ways of cooperation between the two sides in the fields of organizing joint events,  sharing labs and course materials, academic programs, and the possibility of exchanging lecturers."
 
For her part, the head of the delegation, Dr. Victoria Fontan, expressed the university's readiness to partner with the college and harness all capabilities to coordinate cooperation in the proposed fields. She also praised the college's achievements, academic programs and study plans.
