Counseling Services

Counseling is a service provided by trained professionals that can help you understand and solve problems that are making it difficult for you to do your best in college. A counselor will listen to your issue and help you find a solution that will work best for you.

What services are available?

Counselors can provide help and support on a variety of topics. Some of these topics include:

* Adjusting to College

* Study Skills

* Career Planning

* Test Anxiety

* Anxiety or Feeling Overwhelmed

* Coping with Stress

* Family and/or relationship concerns

* Grief and Loss

* Special Needs

Do I need appointment to see a Counselor?

Although you can request to see a Counselor at any time, it is best if you make an appointment. To make an appointment, please go to the "Advise Me" . There you can make an appointment to speak with a Counselor.

Hours of Operation:

Sunday & Tuesday – 11:00am – 6:00pm

Monday & Wednesday – 8:00am – 3:00pm

*Emergency appointments are welcome*

Is counseling confidential?

YES!!! All records in Counseling services are confidential. This means we will not discuss your information with teachers, parents, employers, or friends. Your information can only be shared if you provide written approval.

Counseling records are not a part of the educational record. This information will never appear on your college record.​
