​CCQ will host 68 academic counselors from government schools in the open meeting which will be organized by the Counseling and Advising Department. The meeting aimed to familiarize the academic counselors with the available academic programs and specializations offered by the college in both Arabic and English tracks. It will also cover the admission requirements, including the necessary documents, early registration dates for the upcoming semester, as well as provide them with information about the college's facilities and educational resources, such as laboratories, classrooms, and multi-purpose spaces.​
