Profession: Customer Service

I am Moza Al Nuaimi, a customer service officer at Kahramaa. Since joining Kahramaa in 2000, I undertook several courses, participated in a GCC conference and was awarded a number of certificates, including the Distinguished Employee Certificate.

Despite the challenges I faced, I always dreamt of completing my university studies. Driven by ambition and with the support of my parents and my husband, I made the right decision to join CCQ, which offers evening lectures.

When I enrolled in CCQ, I had a simple goal in mind: to obtain a diploma. But since I secured the Associate of Arts with excellence, my plans evolved and I decided to pursue my studies to secure a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, specializing in human resources. I also participated in a scientific research project and won first place. In conclusion, I would like to emphasize that education has no limits, and determined individuals will find success.

Finally, I would like to note that Qatar deserves the best that its people can offer.

The Community College of Qatar allowed me to expand my scientific horizons and develop my knowledge in my field. There, I found an opportunity to venture into a new specialization that broadens my management experience. Alhamdulillah, I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Public Administration in the program’s eighth batch of graduates, with the highest GPA among male students.

I appreciate the support of my friends and relatives, who advised me to join CCQ based on their own personal experience of studying in the College, which encouraged me further and informed my decision to enroll. I would also like to thank my family for their support as well as all CCQ faculty and staff or their relentless efforts to constantly take the College to new heights.

Position: Senior Public Relations Researcher

Since I like volunteering, I participated in a number of exhibitions, conferences and various volunteer activities, and received 30 certificates, including those related to volunteering, in addition to 22 certificates in several programs and training courses. All these contributions and achievements have given me different skills, but I was quite aware that they do not replace a college degree.

When they first announced the launch of CCQ, I was thrilled and started to follow the news so that I do not miss the date of enrollment. Thankfully, I was able to enroll and was very happy to resume my education. Alhamdulillah, I graduated with an Associate Degree in Arts in 2015. I continued my studies at the College and excelled in it, resulting in my name appearing on the Dean's List in 2016 and Honor’s List in 2017.

In 2019, I successfully completed my undergraduate studies and earned my bachelor’s degree in Public Administration.
In CCQ, I achieved my dream, and for that, I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to all those in charge of such a distinctive educational institution.

Work Place: Qatar Charity
Position: Head of Follow-up and Licenses

I earned my bachelor’s degree in public administration from the Community College of Qatar in 2017 and went on to receive a master’s degree in public policy from the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies. I am currently pursuing a PhD at the University of British Columbia in Canada.

My professional career started in 2005 as a sports bulletin editor at Qatar Radio for two years, after which I moved to Qatari Diar where I served as manager of logistics and office management until the beginning of 2019. However, my knack for charitable work prompted me to join Qatar Charity, where I now hold the position of Head of Follow-up and Licenses and follow up on the institution’s work in the various countries where we have field offices.

I would like to thank CCQ for its relentless efforts in the field of higher education towards promoting the Qatari community in all kinds of fields. I’m definitely proud of the educational leader it has proven to be and the quality of its academic outcomes.

In order to contribute to the progress of our beloved nation and realize the Qatar National Vision 2030, we must all continue to work hard and do our best, regardless of any obstacles.

Although CCQ is a relatively new college, it was the reason, after God Almighty, to realize the hopes of many aspiring learners in record time. My educational journey with the College is a prime example.

After earning my Associate Degree from the College in 2013, I traveled to the UK to continue my studies, where I successfully got my BA in Business Administration with honors from the University of Bedfordshire. Today, I am working as an academic advisor at the College.

However, that’s not where my ambition saw limits, as I recently joined the University of Aberdeen to complete an MBA in International Business.

I would like to thank the Emir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani for his keenness to support education in Qatar. I would also like to thank all those in charge of the College for their successful efforts in raising its status and in serving students. I congratulate all members of the Qatari community on this outstanding educational institution, which I am honored to be an alumna of.
