Program Description	The mission of Business Administration Program is to provide students with quality student- centered education by preparing them to pursue their bachelor's degree or to successfully join the labor market. In addition, the Program aims to enhance the business culture and interpersonal skills among its graduates and to ensure long-life learning and civic engagement in response to the needs of the Qatari community. The Program provides students with the fundamental knowledge and skills and prepares graduates for an entry-level management position or for a promotion to a higher managerial position. It also prepares them to pursue a bachelor's degree in management, marketing, economics, accounting, human resource or project management.

Total Credit Hours	60 hours
Mode of Delivery	Classroom Learning Hybrid Learning (The hybrid format combines traditional and online learning, with courses requiring attendance over the weekends only, while allowing students to conduct the rest of the coursework online throughout the week)
Program Objectives	The Program aims to produce graduates who are able to: Have an in-depth knowledge related to the different business disciplines namely, accounting, marketing, management, and economics. Understand and can apply knowledge in analyzing different business scenarios and in problem solving. Work independently and responsibly within a group. Work ethically and serve effectively in the community. Use technology effectively in their work settings to enhance their ability to take managerial decision. Are committed to self-directed and lifelong learning.
Learning Outcomes	By the time of graduation, students will be able to: Explain the theories and conceptual underpinnings concerning the operations of business organizations. Define the fundamental functions of the different disciplines of business administration. Prepare and analyze relevant business information. Demonstrate the ability to critically evaluate arguments and evidences. Apply problem-solving and decision-making techniques to business situations. Communicate business ideas and information effectively in both oral and written forms Illustrate the significance of ethical standards required of a business graduate. Show the ability to work effectively as a team member. Make effective use of technology in Business to communicate quantitative and qualitative information.
