​​​​The Associate of Arts programs in Arabic and English provide students with coursework to help them learn more about the representative disciplines of the Division of the Liberal Arts along with other key disciplines in the college. Students pursue a focused series of courses to explore key philosophies and beliefs, behaviors, and elements of culture.  Just as the core courses at the college help students explore a range of disciplines, the AA degrees require students to extend this study to explore advanced levels of key subjects such as history, philosophy, language, literature, and the arts.  The AA degrees help students acquire the academic and life-long skills of reading, writing, and critical analysis that will help them in their professional careers and further academic study.
