College Level Students
Suspended college level students wishing to re-enroll at CCQ should fill out this form.
- The link of the form will be activated during a certain period of time that will be announced by the Enrollment Management Section.
- This policy applies on students who dropped out of study for three consecutive semesters where the summer semester is not included.

ELC Foundation Program Students
Suspended Foundation Program students wishing to re-enroll at CCQ should fill out this form.
- The link of the form will be activated during a certain period of time that will be announced by the Enrollment Management Section.
- The student must retake the Accuplacer test if two years have passed since the exam date.
- All communication will be sent to the student’s CCQ email, so s/he must make sure to activate his account through IT Support at ITSupport@ccq.edu.qa.
