The Student Affairs & Relations Section performs periodic archiving of students’ files and official documents. The Student Affairs & Relations Section does that either through depositing students’ information in private files or through e-archiving of the files in the College’s document management system. It also extracts student’s official documents for his/her undergraduate and postgraduate periods, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of the student’s records and information.
