Abdulla Al Saegh, at present enrolled in the Associate of Arts in Public Administration program, achieved a Fall 2019 GPA of 4.0. He said: “It is a pleasure to be on the Dean’s list, considering how big of a challenge it was to achieve this. I set that goal for myself from the very first day of college and always told myself that it is hard but not impossible.”

To qualify for the Dean’s list, CCQ students must maintain a Grade Point Average between 3.60 and 4.00, while those on the Honor’s list must achieve a Grade Point Average of 3.35 and 3.59 for the semester.

Aside from their recognition at graduation and on their transcripts, students maintaining their record as Honors students receive intensive faculty guidance, scholarships for further studies and are prioritized for CCQ’s Study Abroad program, among other privileges. The College’s Honors Program is designed to offer a more challenging and rewarding academic experience for its most educationally-driven students.
